These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ZameenBooking (“ZameenBooking”, “we”, “us”), a service operated by TPF Digital (Pvt.) Ltd., available at zameenbooking.com. By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What ZameenBooking is

ZameenBooking is an online marketplace that lets individuals and agencies advertise properties for sale or rent and lets buyers and tenants discover and contact them. We are a listings platform only. We are not a party to any transaction, not a real-estate agent or broker, and not an escrow or payment service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or post a listing.
• You are responsible for the information in your account and for keeping your login secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Listings and content

• You must only post properties you are genuinely authorised to advertise.
• Listing details, prices, photos and contact information must be accurate and not misleading.
• You must not post content that is unlawful, fraudulent, duplicated, spam, or that infringes anyone’s rights.
• You retain ownership of the content you post, and you grant us a licence to display and distribute it on the platform to provide the service.
• We may review, moderate, hide or remove any listing, and suspend any account, at our discretion — for example where content breaches these Terms.

4. Dealings between users

Any negotiation, agreement, payment, token, advance or transfer between a buyer and a seller happens directly between those parties and entirely at their own risk. We do not verify ownership, title, documents, approvals or the accuracy of any listing. You are strongly advised to independently verify the property, the seller and all documents, and to take professional and legal advice, before paying any money.

5. Fees

Posting a listing is currently free for individual users. Certain agency features may be offered on a paid or trial basis; any applicable charges will be made clear before you opt in. We may change our fees and introduce paid features in future, with notice on the site.

6. Prohibited use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Do not scrape, copy or harvest data or content from the site without permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, attack or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from any listing, or from any dealing between users. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality or legality of any listing or the conduct of any user.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZameenBooking and TPF Digital (Pvt.) Ltd. from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the site, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you breach these Terms or if we need to protect the platform or other users.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
